Last week we announced that e-ticketing is coming to Fringe in 2019!
To make sure you’re ready for EarlyTIX, we’ve compiled our handy little guide to take you through the process.

- Browse the list of shows at adelaidefringe.com.au from Oct 5.
- Select ‘e-ticket’ when checking out.
- Save your confirmation email.
That’s all there is to it. Your confirmation email is now your e-ticket.
Don’t want to e-ticket? Don’t worry because you can continue to Fringe as you always have. We can post your tickets out to you or you can collect your tickets at Box Offices and Self Collect Kiosks once they open in December.

Do I print my e-ticket?
Nope! You'll need to flash your e-ticket on your phone to enter the venue.
Handy hint: Some venues will be managing the e-ticketing entry process differently, but more on that later.

I'm kinda forgetful...
Worried that you’ll misplace your email confirmation? Never fear – the QR code from your email will always live in your MyFringe account. You can also give us a call on 1300 621 255 and we’ll be happy to re-send your confirmation.
And if you change your mind at any point in time, just visit one of our Box Offices or Self Collect Kiosks to collect your tickets instead.
