Strong and independent Venezuelan performer Veronica Osorio takes her audience on a healing journey that’s as humorous as it is heartfelt in this show. As we step into The Yurt, we’re invited to grab a noisemaker to amplify the positive vibes and collective energy. With a mix of Y2K hits and cheeky crude comedy, this goddess of FAAFO (fuck around and find out) is deeply relatable, forging genuine connections. Vibrant and outgoing, she comically diagnoses our energies and ailments using lighting, music, props and a cosplay of her hymen in the perfect balance of intimate therapy session and comedy show.

Amid the laughter though is a powerful message about finding your voice and tapping into your inner strength. The story of how Osorio became the Medicine Woman is both heartwarming and tear-jerking, reminding us of our shared humanity and resilience. Her raw, sensual performance is a masterclass in the art of kintsugi: the beauty in the repair of the broken. Each healing session is unique, but every Medicine Woman is a transformative experience blending humour, heart, and empowerment.

Medicine Woman, The Courtyard Of Curiosities At The Migration Museum, until Sunday 23 March, 9.30 pm.
