Dear Diary
24 February 2025 - Lea M.Loved it! Despite the trauma of reliving how cringey I was as a teenage girl! -
Dear Diary
23 February 2025 - rog m.Saturday night's all room standing ovation for 'Dear Diary' was both appropriate and the very least Kay Proudlove deserved. Story and song telling about things remembered and forgotten, about growing and dreaming, about hurt and hope, this strides to the top of shows about opening up "your" teenage journals. Not to mention theatre shows at this year's Fringe. -
Dear Diary
20 February 2025 - Emily H.Kay relives her teenage diary and her experience growing up (including references to Healthy Harold (IYKYK) and Elijah Wood). This show deserves more love! -
Dear Diary
20 February 2025 - Stephanie H.Beautiful, vulnerable and funny storytelling. Go and see this -
Dear Diary
20 February 2025 - Grant R.Kay starts off by telling us that she is going to tell us a story. And that is what she does. A very engaging and entertaining story narrated by spoken words and in song by a talented artist. -
Dear Diary
19 February 2025 - mirja f.Ahhh a trip down memory lane. I can relate so much to this as if it was my own diary and teenage years! The secrets, the desires, the disappointments, the boys, the girlfriends, all scribbled in notes to my self. Thank you, I enjoyed every minute x -
Dear Diary
19 February 2025 - Bert R.Kay is funny, engaging, a very good singer and has a great set of songs. If you're looking for a cabaret/theatre/storytelling sort of thing, Dear Dairy would be a great choice. It's a thoroughly entertaining exploration of the wide eyed innocence and expectations of adolescence and the not quite so glamorous reality of adulthood. I hadn't come across Kay's work before, but I'm glad I have now.
