My Budding Entropy
A non-binary spirit ventures through the Druid wheel of the year in search of their belonging in the world. Through original folk music, live-mixed projection, physical theatre and an assemblage of clown characters, our ensemble Trans-Ecological tale will make you laugh cry and identify. With childlike play, we uproot the gender-binary. Will the buds of our truest selves blossom back through the cracks?
This is Queer theatre that doesn't take sides but seeks unifying conversations between cis and trans communities, highlighting our mutual belonging to the evolving natural world. A desire to belong that we can all can relate to. From the roots to the leaves, from our heads to our toes, we diversify perspectives through the unwavering force of humor, vulnerability and love.
All of our performances are relaxed. We feel there has been enough consideration in our process for the show to make enough sense to people with sensory differences.

We are Holly Rowan and the Wilderbeans! A dynamic performing quintet of non-binary artists from Naarm, beholding a niche pic-n-mix of creative flairs. Our collective art is categorised by cross-pollination and play, and we have gathered to tell you some epic tales of queer folks and their evolving relationship with the world, through physical theatre, original music and live-mixed animation. Our art interweaves worlds and asks deep questions, regarding nature, identity, societal norms and intergenerational perspectives. Our shows are raw but hilarious and we’re not scared of emotional rollercoasters, or difficult conversations.
