Adelaide Fringe employs a team of year round staff who work in marketing, partnerships, program operations, production, finance and ticketing. As we come closer to festival season, we also advertise a wide range of short-term contract roles and casual positions.

› Box Office & Customer Service Supervisor

We’re seeking experienced leaders to join our FringeTIX team as Box Office & Customer Service Supervisors, overseeing operations at our Box Offices, Call Centre, Info Booth, and off-site locations. You’ll lead a large casual team, ensuring they are informed on FringeTIX Terms & Conditions, the Fringe Guide, and up-to-date venue and show details.

As the face of Fringe, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and ticket sales while inspiring your team to uphold high standards. Your passion for the Fringe program will drive a positive, proactive approach to customer interactions.

› Human Resources Officer

We’re seeking a Human Resources Officer to join the Fringe team. The Human Resources Officer is responsible for general human resources and some operational support for Adelaide Fringe under the guidance of the Executive Director - Operations & Finance. This role oversees all HR activities, the Volunteer Program, employee training and the AFL Sportsready Program.
