On-street parking is available out front and behind in Ifould Street. Please ensure you arrive no later than 15 mins prior to the session time as it is a strict 4pm start. Not suited to those in their first trimester of pregnancy or with pacemakers.

Jo is a Sound Bath Facilitator and SoulNar Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner, running sessions in SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave at Breathe Stretch Float over the last 12 months. She has created and facilitated many unique experiences for clients through her sound baths in people's homes, at private and corporate events, schools, wineries, retreats (both local and overseas), various wellness markets, festivals, psychic fairs, at the Wayville Showgrounds and so much more!
