Abby Hampton’s show looks back at her twentysomething lifestyle and recounts her thoughts, experiences and, most of all, her growth. With humour and a pinch of sarcasm, she invites audiences to take a trip down memory lane with her, focusing on three areas that make up the so-called ‘time of our lives’: travel, finances and her bucket list. Hampton’s signature music performances in-between set the tone, and the audience clearly enjoy her witty, energetic responses.

This brings relevance and resonance to a crowd who are facing, or have faced, similar issues and crisis. The show’s bingo game is a crucial part of her act, which built engagement beautifully, while her conclusion offered personal advice on a more serious note that probably everyone in their twenties need to hear. A must-watch.
