1. Opportunity

2. Applying

While applying, we recommend reading the position description (PD) to gain a better understanding of the role.

To complete your application, you should submit a 1-2 page cover letter outlining why you would be ideal for this role and how you contribute to the role. Additionally, include your resume, and any additional supporting documents through our online application form.

If you have any accessibility requirements, kindly inform us during the application process, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We also welcome information regarding any specific adjustments you may require during the application process. 

3. Reviewing Applications

The hiring team will carefully assess your application. We commit to providing every applicant with equitable consideration, focusing on the skills and experience that align with the role's requirements.

Please understand that the review process may span 1 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Shortlisting

Candidates who advance to the interview stage will be contacted, and we will collaborate on the next steps.

If you are not shortlisted, we will reach out to inform you of the outcome.

5. Interviews

Our interviews are structured as panels to promote equitable decision-making. Interviews can be conducted in various formats, including in-person, group settings, and/or online.

We will make every effort to provide you with the interview questions before the interview takes place. 

Please note that the interview process may extend over a period of 1 to 2 weeks.

6. Offer

After the interview, we will reach out to inform you about your performance and offer constructive feedback.

Prior to extending a final job offer, we will carry out thorough professional reference checks. 

This process may extend over a period of 1 to 2 weeks. 

7. Onboarding

If you have reached this stage – Congratulations!

We will initiate the necessary administrative processes for your onboarding and will provide you with information about your first day and induction.
