To celebrate the release of the Adelaide Fringe Draught, Pirate Life will donate $5 from every case and $15 from every keg sold towards funding a street art piece here in Adelaide as part of a Fringe Art Wall Grant.
Adelaide Fringe Director and CEO Heather Croall says it is fantastic to join forces with another company who is committed to supporting the arts.
“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Pirate Life Brewing. They are getting behind the arts especially with a portion of sales going to an artist to develop a piece of street art,” Ms Croall says.
“We can’t wait to see another city wall be brought to life to add to the incredible Street Art Explosion we have seen across South Australians in the last few years.”
Pirate Life Brewing founder Jack Cameron says the initiative will give a deserving local artist the opportunity to create a bespoke mural in Adelaide’s CBD.
“We’re stoked to announce the official partnership between the Adelaide Fringe and Pirate Life Brewing for 2021,” he says.
“We’ve been passionately supporting the arts since day one here at Pirate Life, and to continue that journey with a festival as iconic as the Adelaide Fringe is super exciting; we are looking forward to building on it in future years.”
The Adelaide Fringe Draught, which is brewed with premium pale and Australian and New Zealand hops, can be purchased from participating Fringe Venues and bottle shops. Head to piratelife.com.au for stockists.
The Adelaide Fringe kicks off on February 19 until March 21.
