University Senior College is an academic senior school for year 11 and 12 students based on the grounds of the University of Adelaide. This will be the first time a high school has partnered with the Adelaide Fringe, allowing USC students (and staff) to participate in select festival events.

University Senior College (USC) will join existing program partner Channel 9 Adelaide and hopes to inspire learning amongst their students through active participation in the Fringe program. In line with YEP!, USC students will be volunteering with the Children’s University young learners program at the Fringe, aiming to engage children to embrace learning.

Bob Holloway, Principal of University Senior College says “We’re thrilled to be a part of the 2016 Adelaide Fringe which brings a world of performers and arts enthusiasts together, and more specifically, right to our doorstep allowing for strong engagement for those students who are interested in the Creative and Expressive Arts”

The announcement was made alongside the launch of the The Fringe's YEP! Guide (Youth Education Program). The guide offers teachers, educators, youth workers and organisations and easy way to navigate the Fringe Program by highlighting performances that offer special schools prices, matinee shows or additional study material.
You can download the PDF program which outlines all the Fringe events offering special schools prices, matinee performances or additional study materials. Bookings can be made easily via the YEP! webpage.
